Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the PC Support Pro mobile application (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Synoptic Foundry LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the App.
If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Description of the Service

The App provides general-purpose tools, features, and content intended for personal or organizational use.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

We do not guarantee that any specific results, outcomes, or benefits will occur from using the App.

Account Registration and Security

• Not share your account with others

You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

If you dispute a charge, contact us within 30 days.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers
• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Use the App for any commercial resale, redistribution, or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We may suspend or terminate accounts engaging in prohibited activity.

Intellectual Property

Our Property

We retain all rights to:

• The App and its code
• Text, graphics, and interface elements
• Logos, trademarks, and branding
• Any enhancements or derivative works

You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the App solely in accordance with these Terms.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content or data you submit to the App.

By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely as needed to operate and improve the App.
We may also use anonymized, aggregated information for analytics and service improvement.

Privacy

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY
• UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION

We do not guarantee that the App will meet your expectations, be free of defects, or remain available at all times.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PREVIOUS 12 MONTHS
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS

These limitations apply regardless of legal theory (contract, tort, etc.).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Synoptic Foundry LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of a third party

Termination

By You

You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms
• Required by law
• We discontinue the App
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected

After Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App ends immediately
• Any outstanding fees become due
• We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted in the App or otherwise communicated.
Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of [Your State].
