Account & Subscription
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Tap the Settings icon in the upper right corner of the app's main page, then select "Manage Subscription" to view or cancel your subscription.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store using any payment method linked to your account.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google. For iOS, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Android, request a refund through Google Play.
Technical Issues
The app is crashing or freezing
Try these steps:
- Force close the app and reopen it
- Restart your device
- Check for app updates in your app store
- Ensure your device OS is up to date
- Uninstall and reinstall the app
If the issue persists, contact executive-ai-primer-support@synopticfoundry.com with your device model and OS version.
Content is not loading
- Check your internet connection
- Switch between WiFi and cellular data
- Close and reopen the app
- Clear app cache via Settings icon > Clear Cache (if available)
- If everything else is loading, but the expert chats do not start, please wait a few minutes and try again. During app traffic swings (many concurrent app users starting chats) responses might be temporarily delayed.

How do I delete my account and data?
