Your Right to Data Deletion
At Synoptic Foundry LLC, we respect your right to control your personal data. You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information from our systems at any time.
The fastest way to delete your data from the Start a Business App is through the Start a Business App itself:
- Open the Start a Business App
- Navigate to Settings → Account
- Select "Delete My Account"
- Confirm your deletion request
This will immediately remove your profile and associated data from our systems.

Information to Include in Your Email
To help us process your request quickly and securely, please include:
- 📧Account Email: The email address associated with your account
- 🆔User ID: Your app user ID (found in Settings → Account)

Subject: Account Deletion Request - Start a Business App Dear Support Team, I request complete deletion of my Start a Business App account and all associated data. Account Email: [your email] User ID: [if known] Please confirm once deletion is complete. Thank you, [Your name]

Can I recover my account after deletion?
No, account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. We recommend exporting any important data before proceeding with deletion.
Will I receive a confirmation?
If you requested account deletion via e-mail, you'll receive an email confirmation once your deletion request is processed. For in-app deletions, account removal is immediate with on-screen confirmation (no e-mail).
What about my payment history?
Transaction records are retained for legal and tax compliance purposes but are anonymized and cannot be linked back to you. These records are automatically deleted after the legal retention period (typically 7 years).
Can I delete specific data only?
Yes, you can request deletion of specific data categories. Contact our privacy team at start-a-business-privacy@synopticfoundry.com with your specific requirements.
