Your Right to Data Deletion
At Synoptic Foundry LLC, we respect your right to control your personal data. You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information from our systems at any time.
In-App Deletion
The fastest way to delete your data is through the AWS Savings App itself:
- Open the AWS Savings App
- Navigate to Settings → Account
- Select "Delete My Account"
- Confirm your deletion request
This will immediately remove your profile and associated data from our systems.
Email Deletion Request
Alternatively, you can request data deletion by email:

To help us process your request quickly, please include:
- The email address associated with your account
- Your app user ID (if available)
- The approximate date you created your account
- Any additional information to help us identify your account
What We Delete
When you request data deletion, we will remove:
- Your user profile and account information
- Cloud infrastructure analysis data
- Usage history and analytics
- Saved preferences and configurations
- Any other personal information associated with your account
Processing Time
We process deletion requests within:
- In-app deletion: Immediate
- Email requests: Within 72 hours
You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been successfully deleted.
Data Retention Exceptions
Please note that we may retain certain information if required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:
- Transaction records for tax and accounting purposes
- Communications for legal compliance
- Anonymized and aggregated data that cannot identify you
