Any photorealistic AI-generated portrait works well. Tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, or Adobe Firefly are popular options. Make sure you have the rights to use the image for commercial purposes under the tool's terms.
How long does it take to receive my video?
We batch-process requests to keep costs low. Typical turnaround is 30 minutes to 4 hours. You'll receive a notification when your video is ready to download.
What audio formats are supported?
We support common audio formats including MP3, WAV, and M4A. For best lip-sync results, use a clean recording with minimal background noise.
Billing
How am I charged?
Video generation is billed per second of output at $0.006/second ($0.60/minute). There is no monthly subscription or minimum purchase requirement.
Can I get a refund if I'm not happy with the result?
Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your video and we'll review your request. If the issue was caused by a technical problem on our end, we'll make it right.
Privacy & Data
How long do you keep my voice recordings?
Voice recordings are automatically purged within one day of submission, regardless of processing status. We do not retain them beyond this window.
What happens to my avatar when I delete my account?
Deleting your account permanently removes all associated data: your avatar image, movement clips, generated videos, and account information. Deletion is processed within 30 days of your request.
