- Your responses to the AI specialist's diagnostic questions.
- (Optional) Your email address if you choose to create an account to save your session history.
2.2 Information We Do Not Collect
- We do not scan your computer or access your personal files.
- We do not collect personal information that is not relevant to the problem you are trying to solve.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide solely for the purpose of helping you solve your PC-related issues. This includes:
- Diagnosing the problem based on your description and answers.
- Providing you with relevant step-by-step solutions.
- Improving our AI models to better assist users in the future (all data is anonymized before being used for training).
4. Data Retention
If you use the app without creating an account, your session data is deleted after 24 hours. If you create an account, your session history is retained until you choose to delete it or delete your account.
