U.S. Healthcare Navigator is designed to help you understand and navigate U.S. healthcare options. We are not a medical provider and do not store clinical or diagnostic information. We collect only the minimum data necessary to deliver guidance and improve the user experience.

- Your interactions and chat conversations with our AI assistants.
- Your email address if you choose to create an account or request updates.
2.2 Information We Do *Not* Collect
- We do not collect medical diagnoses or other protected health information (PHI); nor do we collect financial information.
- In our chat app select hypothetical scenarios that you want to learn more about, and the expert will explain how the scenarios play out.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:
- Give guidance about healthcare options in hypothetical situations.
- Personalize your experience inside the app, such as font size.
- Improve the app and its educational materials (any data used for improvement is anonymized).
4. Data Retention
Past chats are automatically deleted after two months. You may also request account deletion any time (see above).
